Premadasa Stadium is the biggest stadium in Sri Lanka and home to the Sri Lankan cricket team. The venue holds the world record for the highest Test total - 952/6 declared by Sri Lanka vs. India in 1997-98.

Galle International Stadium, situated just outside the 16th Century Dutch Fort and fringed on two sides by the Indian Ocean is one of the most scenic venues in the world. Australia's Shane Warne took his record-breaking 500th Test wicket here in March 2004.
